Data Deletion

This is a pre-launch draft. Company details and specifics will be finalized at launch, and we will ask for your consent again at that time.

You can delete information from social media accounts connected to HAEDU and your member data as described below. Posts already published remain on each platform, so to remove a post itself, delete it on that platform.

1. Disconnect a social account in HAEDU (when available)

In the studio’s connected channels settings, choose Disconnect for the account. We revoke its access tokens immediately and delete the information obtained from that account (account name, profile photo, post performance and follower counts) within 7 days.

2. Remove HAEDU on each platform

• Instagram and Threads: remove HAEDU under website permissions (apps and websites) in the app settings. When Meta sends us the deletion request, we delete the related information and issue a confirmation code. You can check the request status with the code.
• TikTok: remove HAEDU under app permissions in the security section of the app settings.
• YouTube (Google): remove HAEDU’s access on the Google security settings page for third-party access.

After you remove HAEDU on a platform, we can no longer access that account, and we delete the remaining related information within 7 days.

3. Leave HAEDU and delete all data

Sign in, open the Accountpage in the studio, enter your account email and delete your account. Your data is deleted right away. If you can’t sign in, send a request from the email address you signed up with to assemblegroup.kr@gmail.com. We will verify your identity, complete the request within 10 days and tell you the result.

• We delete your personal workspace’s content profiles, work, files, share links and connected social account information.
• Company workspace data belongs to the company and remains there after you leave. A company workspace owner first transfers ownership to another member.
• Information we must keep under law, such as payment records, is stored separately for the required period and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for the periods.
