Terms of Service

This is a pre-launch draft. Company details and specifics will be finalized at launch, and we will ask for your consent again at that time.

If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the HAEDU service provided by Assemble Group (어셈블그룹)(“we”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of us and our members.

2. Definitions

  1. “Service” means all features of the HAEDU website and studio, including AI content planning and generation, editing, scheduled posting, performance review, references and sharing.
  2. “Member” means a person who agreed to these terms and created an account.
  3. “Workspace” means a personal workspace or a company workspace shared by several members.
  4. “Content profile” means a settings unit that remembers the tone, style and rules of each brand or account.
  5. “Inputs” means text, files and settings that a member enters or uploads.
  6. “Outputs” means results the service creates from inputs.
  7. “Connected channel” means an external social media account a member connects to the service.
  8. “Paid plans” and “add-ons” mean the paid products listed on the pricing page.

3. Posting and changes

  1. We post these terms where they can be reached from the service’s front page.
  2. We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. We will announce the effective date and reasons on the service 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members, and also notify members by email.
  3. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the service and leave.

4. Agreement

  1. The agreement is formed when you sign in with a Google account, agree to these terms and the privacy policy, and we accept your application.
  2. People under 14 cannot sign up.
  3. We may refuse or terminate an agreement if you use someone else’s identity or false information, were previously restricted for violating these terms, or otherwise violate the law.
  4. During the testing period before the public launch, only accounts we have registered can sign up.

5. Your account

  1. You must keep the Google account you use to sign in secure, and you may not share or transfer your account.
  2. If you learn that your account has been compromised or used by someone else, tell us immediately.

6. The service

  1. We provide AI planning and generation, editing and version history, scheduled posting and manual-posting reminders, the reference library, share links and company workspaces.
  2. Features still in preparation, such as automatic social media posting and performance lookups, will be provided when ready, and their status is shown in the service.
  3. Some features may change or be limited when AI providers or external platforms change their policies or features. We will tell members about important changes in advance.

7. Fees and payment

  1. The service offers a free plan, paid plans and add-ons. Prices and allowances are listed on the pricing page.
  2. Payment is by bank transfer. A paid plan runs for one month from the day we confirm your deposit, with no automatic payment or renewal.
  3. Free allowances reset at 00:00 Korea time on the 1st of each month, and unused monthly allowances do not carry over.
  4. When a paid period ends, a personal workspace returns to the free plan and a company workspace becomes read-only.
  5. You may withdraw a purchase and get a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used any of the paid allowance. Refunds after you start using it follow applicable law and the criteria posted on the pricing page.

8. Your obligations

You must not:

  1. use someone else’s information or register false information;
  2. create or publish content that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights, such as copyright, portrait rights, trademarks or personal information;
  3. create or publish obscene, violent or hateful content, or other content harmful to minors or contrary to public order;
  4. deceive others with false content, or publish the same content in bulk like spam;
  5. violate the terms or community guidelines of the platforms your channels belong to;
  6. send excessive requests by automated means, reverse-engineer the service or bypass its security; or
  7. sell or lend your account or your right to use the service.

9. Inputs and outputs

  1. Rights to inputs belong to you or their original owners. You must have the right to use your inputs.
  2. You may freely use outputs to the extent allowed by law and our AI providers’ terms, and we claim no rights to outputs.
  3. We use inputs and outputs only as needed to provide the service (storage, display, publishing and backup). We use them to improve service quality only if you gave optional consent.
  4. AI outputs may be inaccurate or resemble others’ works. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, and the service publishes only posts you have confirmed.
  5. If a platform requires AI-generated content to be labeled, you must follow that requirement, and the service helps you label it on the posting screen.

10. Connected social media

  1. You connect a channel by granting permission on the platform’s official authorization screen, and you can disconnect it anytime. We never ask for your social media passwords.
  2. You are responsible for content published to connected channels and its results, and you must follow each platform’s terms and policies.
  3. Members who use HAEDU’s YouTube features agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Related personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
  4. Posting and performance lookups may be limited by platform policy changes, outages or review results. If it is unclear whether a post went through, we do not retry automatically, to avoid duplicate posts, and we let you know after checking.

11. Reference library

  1. The reference library provides analyses of how public social media posts were made.
  2. Rights to the original posts belong to their owners, and the service shows originals only through the platforms’ embeds and links.
  3. You may use the analyses to make your own content, but you must not copy or re-upload the originals.
  4. If you suspect an infringement, report it with the report feature on the reference page or by email, and we will take the necessary action after review.

12. Share links

Anyone with a share link can view the post without signing in. You are responsible for checking the sharing scope and managing links, and a link stops working as soon as you turn sharing off.

13. Company workspaces

  1. Company workspaces have owner, admin and member roles, each with different permissions.
  2. Company workspace data belongs to the company and remains there even if a member leaves or is removed.
  3. The owner is responsible for managing the workspace’s members and data, and must transfer ownership before leaving.

14. Restriction and termination

  1. You may delete your account anytime on the Account page in the studio. When you do, we delete your personal workspace data right away, and information we must keep under law is stored separately for the required period.
  2. If you violate article 8, we may restrict your use or terminate the agreement. We will tell you the reason in advance, or afterwards in urgent cases.
  3. You may object to a restriction, and we will lift it immediately if your reason is valid.

15. Service interruptions

We may pause the service for maintenance, outages, natural disasters, or issues with AI providers or external platforms. We will notify you in advance when possible, and otherwise afterwards.

16. Limitation of liability

  1. We are not liable for damage without our intent or negligence, damage caused by natural disasters or outages of external providers, or damage caused by members.
  2. Unless we acted intentionally or negligently, we are not liable for damage caused by content members publish or by actions external platforms take on that content or account, such as removing posts or restricting accounts.
  3. For services provided free of charge, we are not liable unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

17. Notices

We notify members through their registered email or on the service. Notices to many members may instead be posted on the service for at least 7 days.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the service will be resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
